It seems we are ready to start Creating Christmas off earlier than planned. So here is my first freebie for you. This card set contains 1 card, 1 card center and 1 matching envelope. I have incuded files for A4 and Letter size. Instructions are included.
The santa was hand drawn and digitally coloured by me. The template is also my own design.
I will be participating in the 30 days of creating christmas blog freebies. This will be starting on the 15th of November and end on the 15th of December. All participants have to contribute at least 6 hybid (printable projects) over that time.
I will be posting my contributions here but don't forget to go to the official blog for Creating Christmas for everyone else's freebies.
Meet Moonface. He is the keeper of the slippery slide that people can ride to the bottom of the Faraway Tree. The slide starts in the middle of Moonface's house. Oh lucky him! lol. Don't remember if he ever slept! It's no wonder he looks a little sad and fed up in this graphic. lol
Here is my next Follow the Fairytale pre-freebie. This is my version of Silky the fairy from the Magic Faraway tree books. The fairy was hand drawn by me. The roses were made using a template from Joanne's Digital Designs
If using her in tags you will need to use this credit:

Faraway Tree
Far away in a magic tree
You’ll find a ladder as tall as can be
Once you climb it way up high
You’ll see a hole toward the sky
Sometimes it spins sometimes its stops
Are you game to climb to the top?
If you are then you will find
A world up there of a different kind
Sometimes it’s good sometimes it’s bad
It could make you happy it could make you sad
What sort of world would you like to see
Up there above... the magic faraway tree?

The next blog train is 'Follow the Fairytale'
November is National Novel Writing Month/Literacy Day (in the US that is).
This blog train has us picking our favourite fairytale as a child and making our part of the train around that. My favourite as a child was The Enchanted Wood and The Magic Faraway tree. I often got lost in the idea of being able to climb a tree and at the top find a completely new world. Hopefully a nice one - not a slap-a-lot one or something like that! lol. And Harry Potter wasn't the first to give us exploding candy ect. Enid Blyton gave us POP Biscuits, Shock Toffees, Hot and Cold Delights and even Google Buns. Enid Blyton was the first person known to invent the name Google. So 'Google' of the 'net is not an original name. Even though it was added to the Oxford dictionary in 2006 to mean the 'net google'. The 'net 'google' originated from a spelling mistake of Googol - look it up here I think it was 1939 when Enid Blyton invented the word though. A Google bun had a raisin on top. When you ate the raisin a sherbet substance exploded and would then froth tiny bubbles out of your mouth. I'm really looking forward to putting this part of the train together!
The train depart November 8th. Meanwhile you will be able to pick up pre-freebie here or on the official blog. ( I will post the url once i find it.)
